How to Reset Your Windows Password

Steps:

  1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete
  2. Click on Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter new password and confirm
  5. Click OK

If you forgot password:

  • Raise a ticket under User Account → Password Reset

Note: Password must include uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character.

What to Do If Internet Is Not Working

Steps:

  1. Check WiFi or LAN cable connection
  2. Restart your system
  3. Check if others are facing same issue
  4. Disable and enable network adapter

If still not working:

  • Create ticket under Network → No Internet
  • Mention your location and system name

VPN Connection Issue

Steps:

  1. Check internet is working
  2. Verify VPN username/password
  3. Restart VPN application
  4. Try reconnecting

If still failing:

  • Raise ticket under VPN → Not Connecting
  • Attach screenshot of error

Printer Not Printing

Steps:

  1. Check printer is ON
  2. Check paper and toner
  3. Restart printer
  4. Reconnect printer

If issue persists:

  • Raise ticket under Hardware → Printer Issue

How to Create IT Support Ticket

Steps:

  1. Login to IT Helpdesk Portal
  2. Click on Create Ticket
  3. Select correct category
  4. Enter clear issue description
  5. Attach screenshot (if possible)
  6. Submit

System Running Slow

Steps:

  1. Restart your system
  2. Close unused applications
  3. Check internet usage
  4. Run antivirus scan
